Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Flat Shipping Fee: PKR 200 on all orders across Pakistan.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are accurate. If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
